About the Role
Dripcon is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing excavation team. You’ll operate machinery on residential and commercial job sites while ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and skid steers
- Perform trenching and grading work
- Follow site plans and measurements
- Conduct daily equipment inspections
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Work alongside crew members and project leads
Requirements
- 2+ years experience operating heavy machinery
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in excavation or construction
- Strong understanding of safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual
Nice to Have
- CCQ certification
- Experience with mini-excavators
- Knowledge of drainage systems
